We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

Everyone was very respectful when they were in our home, the work was always clean. The skill and quality of their work and products are top of the line!!! True craftsmanship! They make sure it's perfect and guarantee it to last. We are so pleased and have since used them for new windows and some other projects in other areas of our house. I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
