Best Outdoor Design in Phoenix AZ

Had an appointment for a quote but they no showed. I reached out and they offered a discount to reschedule so we did. The next weeks, we had Stephanie come out for a quote. She did her whole pitch, but the price was much too high so when we declined the offer, she got very upset. Began name calling and stormed out of the house saying she will never return. Yelled bye from the porch with an attitude for no reason.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. wondetrful customer service and good quality work

I ordered my counter tops from AZ Granite for a house we remodeled. They provided all countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Excellent service, very professional and most importantly installed in a timely manner. The counters came out beautifully! I will definitely use them for our next project.

Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job. We used Republic West Landscapes for our tree trimming needs, we have a very big and come to find out, very dangerous eucalyptus tree that needed to be trimmed. Jake and his team did everything that they said they would and on schedule. We are very happy that we used Republic West Landscapes!

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

We had Diamond Granite replace our countertop after having new cabinets installed (by another company). They were punctual, responsive, and there was no pressure during the buying process. Scheduling and installation were equally easy and smooth, with the countertops being installed on time and by a friendly and responsive pair of workers. I will recommend this company to others. Note: if you see torn-up drywall in the picture, that's on us - we're going to do a tile backsplash ourselves.

Horrible company!!! Cheap cheap cheap!!

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!
We are going to miss seeing them!
