Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

I had my bathroom remodeled a few years back and I used Sunset Tile. I found them online and after speaking to Mark and visiting with him I decided to hire him for the job. He did great work and years later we’re still very happy with everything that was done. Thanks Mark.

Very professional and thorough job, a bit pricey but so is everything today.

Our project was enclosing a small lanai and adding a 17’ x 40’ Workshop. Their bid (I obtained 4) was very competitive and we enjoyed working with Bret. He was always on top of everything pertaining to our project and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. The workmanship was first class and we plan to hire them for future home improvements. Robert & Ana are a pleasure to work with. They were referred to us by family members who had used them twice and were very pleased. They performed several jobs including a small painting job, bathroom plumbing, and repairing a pocket door two others could not repair without tearing into a wall. We will definitely use them again.

RWR has such a great group of people, both RER staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.
