Not on time. Had to wait to get the job finished. They had to come back to fix caulking that looked bad. Still have gaps in the caulking. Sent one person to do a at least two person job. For the price, not satisfied

Ken Hawk and his team are amazing. They took the nightmare of needing a home restoration and turned it into an amazing remodel experience. My house never looked this good. I was very sceptical at the beginning because all the other 5 Star restoration companies wanted to just rebuild me the same house that I had before, but Ken totally had a vision for transforming my house, and he did just as he promised to do. I was really impressed. Ken's team is amazing to work with. I just need to give a shout out to one member of Ken's team: Saul. I would not trust another human being to do a very minor paint touch up above newly installed beautiful carpet, but I trusted Saul and fixed the minor issue like he always does to perfection. I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all.
