I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn’t be more thankful that we chose them.

This company was very professional and punctual with their time. From start to finish on the estimate, template, and install they were very helpful! The value was great compared to a couple other estimates that I got. They don’t try to upsell you on anything and actually help you on what will best suit your vision on a remodel. My heart hurts while I write this. Yet again we've been pushed back another week to have our home completed from a major leak. It's been 2 months! They were quick to go out of their way to get their money, even drove to me for the signature, yet they continuously let me down with their follow through. I let them go a week without communication before calling and every time I call, 4 different times, they end up reaching out and finding a problem that keeps postponing the completion of my house. First, they hadn't even ordered it till i called after being told it was already being handled. Then, it was excuses after excuse. One of the most stressful things on a family is having their home disrupted. The fact that they dropped the ball so horribly bad and put us through unnecessary stress has just upset my family so much.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
