They did a wonderful job remodeling our old fireplace and living room area. They came up with a good game plan, they were fast and efficient and made things look correct even if it took multiple days. We would definitely recommend TWD and team!

The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not working properly so I called the company. They sent over one of their workers, Norm, and it was fixed. He did everything very clean, quickly, and professionaly. Norm is very friendly and respectful. He did a great job!

If you want to use a company that is well
priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

I had an extensive remodel done in my condo and the Legacy team of Richie, Deb, and Derek worked with me the whole way. The quality of the work was outstanding and the customer service was the best. Highly recommend this team for your planned project.

Jake is an outstanding worker. And takes a lot of pride in his work. That's what separates his work from the rest. And very reliable always on time.

Wasted over 6 months of time and money. Dion is a terrible communicator and doesn't follow though on anything he says he will do. Doesn't respond to any form of communication. (Even email which he claims is his preferred way and has an assistant. Paid almost $3k for plans and it took 4 months for them to do anything with them and get them approved. Two months later we are still trying to get him to commit to starting the project. Glad we aren't out $40k and have an unfinished project. Do not be tricked by this guy. Dion did not respond to each and every text and email I sent. I would be happy to provide screen shots of my text threads to prove it. You can lie all you want but we all know the truth. Check his other reviews, We are not the first customers that he has done this to.

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

Slow service not to many selection.

The workmanship was poor, the cost was high, refused to take instruction, left work half done, put holes in ceiling then slapped on a plastic plate & covered with speckling, put in a sub sized bathtub that the bearded guy adamantly refused to seal, destroyed sketched design of tile, left roof unsealed and jacked up the price 26% during the construction. I wouldn’t recommend paying more than half of their bid, if you choose to hire them.

Luxury Remodels is an excellent company which provides quality service at a reasonable price for what they do. I had an extensive kitchen remodel done by their team, and they did such a great job. They helped me choose the right cabinets, countertops, floors and more. My home never looked better! I love their excellent customer service, the skill of their team and most importantly the end result.

We selected Retro Pro for a major remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wall/slider to the outside, and whole house flooring) after getting quotes from 4 different companies. We went with them because of Eric's vision after he heard what we were trying to accomplish, the time and energy he and Angela spent on us just to get an initial quote, and the trust and respect instilled in those first couple of meetings. Our gut was spot on! This huge project was such a good experience with Eric, Angela, Steve, Omar, and the rest of the staff! Their communication throughout the project was phenomenal; stayed in constant contact for progress and questions, we were never left hanging or wondering, and Eric was always in tune to any hesitations or requests we had. Angela learned what style we like, and helped design our project beautifully. They really listened to what we wanted, and designed it so. Everyone was very respectful when they were in our home, the work was always clean. The skill and quality of their work and products are top of the line!!! True craftsmanship! They make sure it's perfect and guarantee it to last. We are so pleased and have since used them for new windows and some other projects in other areas of our house.
