Best Commercial Kitchens in Phoenix AZ

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

Very pleased with the final product. The worker was professional and very efficient with all tasks. I highly recommend this company. The drywall guy is an exceptional taskmaster with great attention to detail. I had no idea it would look this good. I’m glad I undertook this project and I’m glad I chose TWD.

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall, popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light. He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. Shane is hands down amazing. After submitting an online inquiry he called within a few hours and came to quote the work I wanted to have done within a week of our initial conversation. He was prompt with his quote and was able to squeeze in one of the smaller jobs (tile backsplash) I wanted to do even quicker than I thought he would be able to. He arrived on time and finished the job and it truly looks amazing. This is the best contractor interaction and remodeling work I’ve seen and been a part of. And I work in the design profession so that says quite a bit. Would recommend Orange Cactus and already have.

I had Granite Transformation come in to my home and transformed my Kitchen and Mater Bathroom. When I say Transform i mean they actually made my Kitchen and Bathroom absolutely beautiful. The Tech Wesley R. did a great job. he was very particular of his work making sure everything was done perfect. very friendly and easy to chat with.
