Best Build Back in Phoenix AZ

Completely unimpressed. I called them this morning just before 9am during their business hours. Their answering service picked-up and I relayed that I wanted to simply speak to someone at the company for about 10m to determine if the project we had was a good fit for them. She proceeded to ask me several questions to gather my contact information and then informed me that no one was available. She offered to schedule a quick call, but the next available time was TWO DAYS later. I politely declined. If this is the kind of intimacy and customer service Phoenix Home Remodeling delivers, I do not plan on ever being a customer.

EDIT on June 24, 2021: After reading this company's response, I increased my rating to 3*. While the response was fair, I do think the impersonal nature of an answering service (not actual company employees), coupled with the fact that availability for a very quick initial discussion was a full 2 days later would still keep me away from engaging. If I am going to work with someone on a project, I'd like to believe that the importance of a quicker response time and a more personal, direct interaction is paramount. Speaking to a third party service tasked only to gather my contact information and mechanically schedule a ~10m call 48 hours in advance does not give me the sense that this company is eager to engage their client base. That said, given the fact that I did NOT use their services, 1* admittedly felt harsh. I wish PHR the best of luck and strongly suggest they reconsider their screening process.

Outstanding service from design to project followup. Could not be happier with bathroom remodel. Great pricing. Entire team is customer oriented. Area was cleaned after each day of work. Will use for future projects.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

From beginning to completion - Jeff and his team do quality work. My wife and I were pleased that from demo to cleanup everyone was nice and professional. We couldn't be happier with the results and give Stellar Kitchen and Bath our highest recommendation. Our work included a redesign of the kitchen island, under-cabinet lights, granite counter tops and back splash.

Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

These guys are great, easy to work with and reasonably priced!

We would highly recommend ABA for your next home project! Joe and his crew completed a major kitchen renovation, as well as laid new tile and paint throughout the entire home. They removed walls and really opened up our space into a beautiful new home! Joe made great suggestions that only a good contractor would think about, and we greatly appreciated his expertise. The quality of workmanship was excellent and Joe's attention to detail, as well as his commitment to customer service, made this major project quite painless. At the end of it all, Joe really wants his clients to be happy and is willing to do what it takes to make that happen!
In addition, the pricing for this major renovation was very competitive, and Joe even gave us some extras that were unexpected! Thanks ABA - you will be the first company we call for our next project!

Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. Cornerstone Cabinets came to my home in Scottsdale and performed a full kitchen remodel. This included a full kitchen cabinet makeover, along with brand new Marlam granite countertops. I was incredibly impressed with their cleanliness and friendly crew. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Cabinets to anyone in Scottsdale looking for a kitchen remodel in the future.

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
