Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona Bathroom Remodeling
!!!! This company is a complete fraud! Run away!!!!!!!!The sales person was asked to leave several time and refused to leave. The company quoted 15k for a 3-4k job. The salesperson pestered my old disabled mother for a check. On another note, they use OSB for shower backerboard. OSB is NOT recommended for a shower area. PLEASE research appropriate types of backer materials. Many of the five star reviews appear to be fake. Take note that many of the accounts that left glowing reviews have only given one review to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona.

We just had a tub to shower conversion done and are very pleased. From meeting with the salesman to completion, everything went well and work done was completed in the manner we were told. Tear down to studs, inspect for moisture/ mold, put in new sheeting and complete install in 9 hours. Install crew were professional and when they finished you'd never know that they were there!!

Hello. I had a walk in shower install and the old tub removed in my master bathroom so I guess you could qualify that as a remodel. My person, Cameron Rudge, did a beautiful job, even finishing a day earlier than estimated. Each day he would show and explain to me what was done that day. He was very courteous, and would let me know what time he would be there the next day and was on time. He cleaned up before leaving and on the final day he did more thorough clean up. I love my new shower and Cameron did an excellent job.

Independence Home Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
