Chris and his team were phenomenal. Extremely helpful and very thoughtful during the entire process, from cabinet design to installation. The installers, Vincent and Sebastian were top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing cabinets!!

Had never remodeled before so was glad to work with a company that does everything from the design to the clean up at the end. Kent was great to work with because he kept me informed every day on what was to be done and who was coming. Loved all the workers. They were friendly and nice. They showed up on time and cleaned up the work area when they left. Very pleased with my master bathroom.

My wife and I found MK Remodeling & Design on Angie's list when we were considering extensive changes to our vacation home in Scottsdale. Mike Gillis and his team were prompt, responsive and realistic in their recommendations. The work was performed extremely well and we were kept abreast of its progress throughout the process, even though we were out of state much of the time. Mike guided us through the process in a friendly and professional manner. His assessment of the degree of difficulty and cost associated with each of our ideas turned out to be accurate. Spoke to them about a bathroom remodeling. They said they would have an estimater call me back. That was 3 weeks ago.

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
