Best Custom Kitchen And Bath in Phoenix AZ

I hired Gary Fallone of Fallone Kitchen and Bath to remodel most of my house -- an all-new kitchen, guest bathroom, flooring plus a few other things -- and I am delighted with the end result. I wanted a kitchen that combined stunning aesthetics and logical function and he really excelled in putting it all together. He also designed a media cabinet in the great room that has caught the eye and admiration of all my guests. Despite the pandemic, and related issues and surprises in the supply chain, my project was completed on time and within budget. The renovation process can be messy and dirty but Gary and his team kept the worksite tidy and cleaned up at the end of every day. His employees and subcontractors are focused on getting the job done well and right the first time and are really the best at what they do. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I'm in the east valley between Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ but I'm sure glad to find Jeremy the Handyman, his wife in the office works a crazy filled schedule constantly so thanks to her!
Didn't want to be giving him all the credit now...

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bring it up to date. We made an appointment and Cody came to our rescue. We explained what we wanted, and he provided some guidance and suggestions to ensure our project would meet our expectations.
The crew working on our kitchen was great. They were helpful, and tried their best to keep our kitchen as functional as possible while being renovated.
We ran into a snag towards the end of our project where our new slab was exposed to rust and stained the slab. Cody, Colton and Fay did everything in their power to make it right. In the end we ended up with a new slab, and it looks great. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to work with and handle this project.
From start to finish we are super thrilled with their work ethic, timing, professionalism, quality and price. We will definitely be using them for the rest of our projects. Keep up the good work you guys!

I hired Home Solutionz for replacing carpet and some painting before moving in. They got the job done, but I am rating them 3 stars because of the lack of communication and lack of commitment to resolve problems. The carpet install which was the major portion was delayed by two days. I understand delays occur, but timely updates would have helped. The project manager assigned to me (not naming here) was not of much help. She clearly did not care about timely updates on delays. I relied on her communication as I was not onsite most of the time. She was either too busy or least bothered to return calls. The carpet install and bathroom door install were delayed by 2 days and just a day before my move date, and I never got an update after it was completed. The only saving grace for this vendor was the sales person Audrey who was in constant touch and helped a lot with selecting the right carpet and fair price.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. Our home is now full of gorgeous color, our furniture harmonizes beautifully, and we are constantly told how warm and inviting it is. You can’t go wrong with Ernesto Garcia! - Diane Van Camp

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

Danny doesn't need me to promote his business, he is in great demand already with many of my neighbors, so if you want this same great quality and satisfaction, you must be patient and get on his list as soon as possible., you won't be sorry to have waited for the best!

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
