I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

Be careful - Just because they are licensed, bonded insured. The owner did not get a permit to add a bathroom and now 3 yrs after spending thousands of dollars the shower pan is leaking. He refuses to take responsibility for it. The city I live in made him pay for the permit after the fact. The ROC complaint I filed did nothing be cause of a 2 yr warranty. But doesn't change the fact that he knowingly installed a bathroom without a permit. And maybe he knew it wouldn't pass inspection because it is now leaking. So much for trusting the pro's.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Jerry and his team have always taken great care of all the customers that our team at The Tile Shop Tempe send his way. They take all the stress out of the remodeling process! Fantastic job! Serrano did an amazing job and what fast and attentive service. Keith was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. My kitchen was 4 slabs and artesian mitered edge installed. We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.
