Best Tub To Shower Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Retro Pro just completed a total remodel of 1 of our bathrooms, everyone did a 1st class job from start to finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier. All the work was completed ahead of schedule and the crews always kept things neat and clean every day. We have another bath to do and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

Great product, great price, great installation. Highly recommended.

This process is painless. Our salesperson came to our house and brought samples. We were able to compliment our counter to the backsplash, floors and cabinets. Then we had the template made and then Mike and his son came and installed our new counters. They are so easy to keep clean, no sealing necessary, just wipe down with Windex. We chose granite for its affordability. Love these guys and highly recommend.

BBR remodeled our kids bathroom. Excellent work. Did exactly what they said they would do. Completed when they said they would. Bid was significantly less than other contractors. Very respectful during the bid and remodel. I highly recommend.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Alan did an absolutely fantastic job! We really feel lucky to have found him. We had several quotes from a variety of bathroom remodeling professionals. We could tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and made us feel very confident that he would do just what we wanted. He is a perfectionist. That is what you want when doing a bathroom! His quote was absolutely fair. His communication was excellent. His timeline was realistic. He works very clean. Always cleaned up after himself. He was very good about some of the changes we made during the process. In fact what started as only one shower remodel became two. He works with an expert plumber that did excellent work. (Simon’s Plumbing). He also has a fantastic glass guy. (AJL Glass). We are so happy with the work he did we recommend him to anyone. We will be having him back to do our floors In the future. He really is the best choice!!
