They did a excellent job! The man who came out was very professional and knew what he was doing. He cleaned after himself and made sure we knew what was happening as it was happening. Would use these guys again and would recommend them 1000 times!!

Blake was great at explaining the process and offering color suggestions. Steven was awesome and very professional. He did an amazing job with the refinishing. We used Republic West Landscapes for our tree trimming needs, we have a very big and come to find out, very dangerous eucalyptus tree that needed to be trimmed. Jake and his team did everything that they said they would and on schedule. We are very happy that we used Republic West Landscapes!

I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. From the beginning, they have been very professional. They had even provided us renderings of what our bathroom would look like, with sample material. The bathroom turned out soooo nice (will upload photos soon!). We are very happy that we hired Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

This company referred us to a contractor who was married to one of the workers and didn't tell us. They redid much of the tile and trim multiple times, still a fail on all counts. They couldn't lay tile straight or even height, and cut the Schluter wrong multiple times, and forgot to glue the trap under the shower which would have resulted in flooding under the floor and the wall to fall out. We were out thousands and thousands of dollars before we fired them and finally got a new contractor to finish the job. If you want basic, track-home, contractor-grade performance, this is your place.

Update: This outfit advertises they are a remodeler, but turns out they do not do any remodeling, so we don't know why that is in their name, but instead just told us the contractor to use, and in bad faith failed to reveal the marriage connection, so that one can apparently get caught up on their delinquent divorce support payments. No such list was otherwise provided. The only thing provided were some floor tile and some Belmont cabinets, which were measured wrong, had wrong leg/support hardware, and missed a kickplate. We were told the tile is hard if not impossible to scratch, which turned out to be 100% wrong. The extra tile supplied was due to the other tile plus 10% overage all used up since it was all cut wrong. The job was not completed in time as we did not get the materials in time and we did not send any completed remodeling photos, despite the claims noted herein.

Urban Element redesigned and rebuilt our outdated 90s bath including mitigating leaks and mold where the shower door had leaked water into the drywall and concern about a 25 year old fiberglass soaking tub with a 2 foot lateral break that had been repaired with caulk. We had on-site estimates from four other companies and felt uneasy with each one. The estimate and written bid via email from Quentin made us confident enough to try this. And we're glad we did. They came in on a tight budget (which was a huge relief) and the project was done on time if not a day or two early. We appreciated being able to keep the materials budget separate so we could control those costs. They were efficient and we had a nice bonus after returning unopened extra tile boxes which offset a few other finishings we could then afford. We were impressed at their calm resilience when dealing with various challenges unique to our remodel. The solutions they proposed were elegant and solid. They were punctual, communicated well and kept a clean jobsite. We were living in the home during the remodel and appreciated the polite and professional crew. Everyone enjoyed their work and had the time to be there fully even despite starting another huge project compared to our single bath remodel. They never skimped or rushed our job. When we requested multiple fixes for a minor aspect of the remodel, they made it right by simply taking out and replacing the whole thing with better engineered parts. The final result was solidly engineered and beautifully done with the materials we picked out. The company leadership is ethical and budget-oriented and straightforward. Clearly an oustanding example of what a good home builder should be - resilient, responsible, and admirable. In short, this was an oustanding remodel.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
