He came to my moms trailer and immediately assessed the situation. Tim took the time to contact the insurance company and get a reassessment of the damage. Upon approval from the insurance company the work was done within two weeks. My mom is thrilled to have a new porch. We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. This business came and remodeled my kitchen! They did such an amazing job! If I ever need any other improvements done to to my home, I know who to ask!

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
