This company is the greatest they came and helped me fix an old job that was leaking that they had nothing to do with. John and Devin are the greatest people to work with I highly recommend them to anybody either fix something or remodel anyting.

Jacob did an amazing job on my master bath remodel. Removed the builder grade tub shower and gave me the bathroom I’ve been dreaming of. I also had the guest bathroom cabinet and sink replaced. He was in time, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the install. He even worked on his birthday. I can’t wait to have the tub and shower done in the guest bathroom.

RetroPro is one of the best in the Valley. They are very professional all the way through the project. They are VERY detail-oriented and make sure you get exactly what you want. They help up-front with ideas for design but ultimately enable the homeowner to achieve their vision. The workers are top-notch; they show up at the same time every day, wearing masks, and are very courteous and humble while in your household. I found their work to be reasonably priced for the quality we got!

Nick, with Mustache Approved Remodeling, was great to work with. He was very professional and made the whole remodeling process very easy. He worked with our budget and was able to make our bathroom look amazing. I highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again.

Overall a great experience. Dennis has been in the business for a long time and really knows the products. We used the Cambria line of cabinets in Saddle color. Excellent line of cabinets . Good selection of sizes,
to make your layout work for you. Moses did the fabrication and install.
I have personally been doing granite in the Midwest for many years,and I was thoroughly impressed Moses work! Much of the fabrication was done on site, by hand, and he is a true craftsman. The process happens a little slower in Phoenix than what I'm used too, but I would use Superior Stone again for sure..

Keith and his crew were great.
My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.
Keith was prompt to response and assured me that he will be able to get the job done.
Our initial project was only to redo the kitchen island. But when Kieth came into our home and did all the measurements, we realized that we can afford to redo all the kitchen countertop.
Two weeks later we had our dream 123” island.
We are extremely happy how smooth this project went.
We will definitely be using Serranos Surfaces for our future projects.?

Christina gave me a very indepth and professional presentation. She was very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. I intend to do my due diligence and get one more cost comparison. However, thus far her company is in the front running to get my business.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
