I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

My wife and I had them redo our master bath shower. Mark at Sunset Tile got the job done right! Polite, professional and got the job done in an acceptable amount of time. They worked with our schedule and even around the city of Phoenix repaving our cul de sac. Thanks again team, we love our new shower!

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

Dan and Danny are a great team and do an amazing job. They are very fast, precise, and neat. We had this father and son duo convert a bathtub into a shower for my mom so it would be easier for her to use and the work they did was even better than we hoped for. Danny was on time everyday and worked very hard to get the job done. He made sure all the tiles lined up and everything was in tip top shape. He would always clean up before he left every night and kept us updated of the timeline. We definitely recommend these guys and would use them again for any other projects we may have in the future.

Even though Robert's main remodeling is kitchen/bath, he did an amazing job on my patio remodel project. The project included knocking out a wall, building a new one w/sliding door and adding a pergola over the patio. After meeting with numerous kitchen design companies, we choose to work with Paul and Neoteric Builders. Paul presented us with not only the most cost efficient option but also was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us.

When we were initially looking for a kitchen designer we thought we wanted someone with a showroom and who would act as a project manager. However, we quickly learned that neither a showroom nor project manager was necessary. Paul met with us at our house to discuss the design and project multiple times (and would have met with us more if we had asked him to). Paul was also always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, hardware, etc. and guide us as needed.

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
