We have had Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install Sunscreens and now new windows and doors on our home. Before hiring John the first time I did get several bids on sunscreens and they were very competitive, however what sold me was John, his pride in his business and their products is very evident. We didn't even get bids when we put in new windows and doors because we knew that John would get the job done right.

John and his crew are always professional, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. We have had great experiences with them over the last 2 years and highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Sean and Brian and the crew were 10+ ! Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! I never bought windows from this company but I was an employee of this company. While I was there as an employee they always try to go above and beyond ,we tried our best to meet everybody's expectations. Yes there were times where the manufacturer was delayed therefore we couldn't me some deadlines but it wasn't on us it was other third party vendors that delayed our orders which delay our orders with our customers.

I had a great experience with this company. Very professional, willing to work with my requests for my catio, and they worked very hard to get things done as quickly as possible. My screened in porch looks great and my cats love it!
