No wonder this company has such a deal on the windows and doors they are just as they are priced horrible and do not seal or keep the sound out. You really pay for what you get. Don’t purchase anything from here. Although people are nice.

Second Update: The same day as my last update I received a call from DreamStyle letting me know they had my hand towel rack. They were just waiting because they didn't have the warranty replacement for the wand cradle in stock yet. I let them know I preferred to get my job completed and could wait for the warranty part since that is cosmetic anyway. We agreed on installation for the following Wednesday (today). The same technician came out as last time, he did a good job and was in and out of here quickly. So I am again bumping my rating up.This will likely be my last update unless the warranty replacement takes more than an additional month since it has already been that long. My overall impression is that DreamStyle does stand by their work, but for constructive feedback follow through seems to require more follow up from the customer than I think probably should be needed. To be fair, this may be more of a communication issue and a perception issue, the perception being that nothing was happening when the real problem was a lack of communication such as that my towel rack was in and my job could have been completed sooner. It is far easier for me to accept it takes some time for a warranty item replacement than the concept of spending thousands of dollars and feeling like my job wasn't completed. My shower is like a visit to a spa. I love the end results.First Update: I am increasing my rating as some of my items were resolved from the below review.My damaged header was replaced and looks great. The grab bar was also replaced with one close enough to match the rest of the fixtures and it is solidly on the wall where the previous one had become loose. The technician noted that my drain cover was off because the drain wasn't flowing very well and he suggested drilling holes in the cover after showing me that they are marked but not drilled by the manufacturer. I did that and it flows perfectly now, it just was not getting enough air to allow the water to flow. In this case the technician added value over what the manufacturer provided.What is still not resolved is the delivery of my hand towel rack that was missed on the order. At this late stage I would prefer to just get a credit for the towel racks and will order and replace on my own. I already matched the faucet and towel racks in my other bathroom myself and know Amazon can deliver what I need in a day. I remain perplexed why this is taking so long to resolve.I am also still waiting on a warranty item replacement for the wand holder which has had its finish just chip away.Original Review Below:I replaced my entire shower with Dreamstyle. The header at the top of the shower door was damaged with a box cutter when the technicians unboxed it. My hand towel that I was charged for was never ordered. I am partially disabled and the grab bar is a little loose and does not match the other grab bar. I avoided this review trying to give Dreamstyle time to correct but it has been months now and now the coating on the shower wand holder has chipped away from normal use. I will gladly revise this review when corrective action is taken and I am made whole.

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Got the job done in a timely manner, with no complaints. Already recommended them to my neighbors, along with me family outside of Phoenix.

The owner lives in the neighborhood and he made the process so easy. They just replaced our roof and fixed our chimney, and it couldn't have gone better. He dealt with our insurance company for us, helped us select a new look and his crew was the hardest working group. His crew chief kept me informed throughout the process and is a really nice guy. Just love it when something works out so well. If you need a new roof give them a call.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

Sean came out for the initial bid, he took extra time to explain some things more in detail then others had. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call, text or email him if I had any questions. When I called him to request SDC's certificate of insurance he had no issues sending a copy of it over to me. He emailed me and kept me up to date on when the roofing would start. Brian and the crew came out and did a great job with the roof. They were very respectful of my home and property. They put down drop cloths to try and catch some of the mess flying off the roof. The stuff that missed the tarps, they actually walked around and picked up. These guys must of walked back and forth 100 times getting all the little odds and ends up!! They also brought the leave blower and made sure to get all that extra gravel parts away from the house. Once work was completed Sean promptly sent me an email with my final receipt for work as well as the warranty for the roof. If you want a roofer who is respectful to you and your property and takes pride in making sure your home looks nice you found them here with SDC! Give Sean and his team a chance. So glad I did! Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
