Waited 12 days for an appointment, the sales rep Brian couldnt complete the job and now we have the start the wait over. OOF. Giant waste of time.

Our install of Alside windows by LEI Home Enhancements was just finished. This has been an awesome experience from the beginning. Our sales rep Dustin did a great presentation and showed us all of the qualities that the Alside windows included, he took his time and answered all of our questions. Dustin was able to get us an affordable payment option that worked with our budget. We got all our homes windows replaced and our sliding glass door. The LEI office kept us informed about when our windows would be ready and scheduled the install team. The install team was amazing; they did not rush through the installation. They were careful with our furniture and patient with us. When they were done for the day plans were made for someone to come back on the weekend and finish the touch up paint. The team foreman Alex sat down with us before they left and asked if we saw any issues or needed anything further from him. Our sales rep Dustin came back out a few days after the install to see the great work and take some pictures. Our home is cooler and all of the issues we had with our old windows have been eliminated. Huge thank you to Dustin, Alex, his team, and all of the office personnel that took care of us and made this experience painless.

We feel like we rediscovered what great customer service looks like with IllumiNation Doors & Windows. My wife and I needed to replace wooden french doors. We got bids from several companies but Rick listened most carefully to our needs and provided knowledgeable solutions with several options. He went the extra mile to meet our needs including making some changes to the original order. The installation team was ontime, efficient in their work and cleanup. Again, they were attentive to our needs while they worked. Everyone we came in contact with at IllumiNation is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

I signed with them and had to cancel which was within the 3 day cancellation window as allowed, but they never returned my 50% ($2,400) deposit. I’m an older woman living on a single income and they took $2400 from me for absolutely nothing. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night doing business like that. They gave me the run around for months instead. It’s like Tammy Robinson likes to play with people. Beware.
