We decided to go to Renewal by Anderson for our window and door replacement. The job they performed was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Our sales rep Craig Short was outstanding. he explained all aspects of our windows and doors, he followed through as we moved through the order process. He kept us informed as the process progressed. Our windows were delayed due to covid but it enabled us to set a future date which better suited our timeline. We had adjustments made and another window added. Craig was excellent at advising us of price adjustments. Their windows and doors are of excellent quality, but I can assure you, you will pay more for their product but the quality and expertise we experienced was beyond reproach.The install was incredible, we had 13 windows and three doors, two of which were redesigned. The team came in with 9 or 10 workers and proceeded to install all of our windows and doors in 2 days. They were exceptional, each understanding their duties. They completely cleaned up after each day. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Craig and your company and crew for such an exceptional job.
