Mr Pachner just FYI my comments were not about workmanship but the way you handled things. You contracted a solar company directly on your own, when the solar company ruined the entire system, I contacted you to get involved and help me out, but you didn’t, you refused to help stating that you never received anything, text or email, blaming it on connection problem, but your assistant Neil called me back saying that you would call me in the afternoon, but you never did. I only heard from you 3 months later asking for the balance. Sorry, but you don’t do business this way.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
