This company deserves 10 stars!!!! The 'estimator' was professional and polite. He sat down and calculated our quote so we didn't have to wait, unlike many other companies. Crews on time, very respectful, protect your floors and belongings and clean up after themselves, both indoors and out. We had an issue with one window and it was rectified at lightening speed. Jake's customer service was ON it. Jake was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

My mom needed a new sliding patio door, and after contacting several companies, Freelite was the obvious choice. Every single person I had contact with at Freelite was friendly, helpful and went over and above. From Karen and Lorrie in the office, to Josh who did the estimate, to the installation team of Ivan, Tyler and Leo, each exceeded all expectations. Mom's door is beautiful and works perfectly after the team made sure every little detail was just perfect. If you need windows or doors, Freelite will not disappoint.

Excellent service... I called them for auto glass replacement quote on my windshield. They had a great price so I took it. They came out here in the afternoon the same day and handled it. Couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommended for mobile auto glass.

Randy and his co worker called and got me out of a jam. Trying to do this repair myself but kept being sent wrong part. Randy spent his time HELPING, knowing I was doing it myself. Randy HELPED by finding the right part and even called to see if it was in stock locally. An honest man in my opinion. He didn't have to do any of that. Above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company. All this knowing he wasn't making a penny and it took less than 5 minutes. SOLID

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!
