Great customer service from Jen and Cynthia, then had a great conversation with the owner Paul who explained exactly what repairs had been done to the motor and regulator. Found out that not all plastic parts can be replaced with metal, but those that remain have been strengthened to last. I'll never buy an aftermarket unit again, make sure you get your factory unit repaired instead since it's far less expensive and these folks back up their work with a guarantee. Great service!

We experienced great service from Universal Auto Glass. Logan helped us out and she was fantastic. Although we haven't seen the completed work yet, we have nothing but the highest expectations for Universal Auto Glass. We will post an updated review after the work is completed. Guess this guys have never heard of customer service. Extremely rude and no manners. It's almost as if you are bugging them by bringing your business to them. I rather take my money and business somewhere where it is greatly appreciated and welcomed and where I'm treated like a customer. To who ever owns this place. I would highly recommend for these employees to undergo customer service and sales training to prevent you losing out on additional revenue.

However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
