I was in a corner the other day and bam! Something smacked my window glass out of the blue. Still not sure what it was but left a huge crack. I have used their service for windshield chip repair once before so I figured I would just give them another shot. They didn’t disappoint me! They replaced my car's window glass the next day. I first came in contact with safepro glass at Cobblestone Auto spa at Litchfield and Bell and that's what started the processin the beginning everything was working fine until they did not show up on the first day of the second day after multiple calls I finally got ahold of Jackie Raupp who identified herself as one of the managing ownersand immediately went to work fixing all the problems that everyone else who created not only did she have a gentleman out here with a new window the next daybut they went ahead and did the window tint strip before delivery so I did not have to wait and have to have someone else come back a second time they also included some car washes and other great things that definitely turn my opinion around had it not been for Jackie I would have called State Farm and cancel my order she truly turned what should have been a a nightmare into a truly positive thanks to Jackie and her team everything went well.

I was recently driving down the I-10 in Phoenix and a rock from an 18 wheeler cracked the windshield of my Acura NSX. I needed it repaired quick and professionally. The guys at Auto Glass Clinic HELPED ME OUT BIG! They helped me call my insurance,gave me an honest time frame and came to my place of business and replaced it. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Living in Arizona it's a simple known fact when summer rolls around you anticipate your windshield getting cracked or chipped. A rock had flown up and hit mine while driving on the freeway. I pulled into Target to grab a few items and when I came back out to my car, a crack had spread across the entire thing. This was not something I had wanted to deal with.
