Replaced entire back oversized sliders. The BEST service, quality and installation ever. They worked with me to give me the best price. They came on time to measure. Doors came 3 weeks early and they installed a few days later. The service installers were polite, professional and a joy to have working in my house. The install was even better than I expected. No exterior or interior damage for me to deal with. And cleanup was spotless. Great sales, service and office personnel. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Couldn't be more pleased.

Not only did Sean have the patience with our decision on color picking of the tile he definitely took the time to send us multiple samples when it came down to our decision for the color of the tile we were undecisive when it came to it but he had the patience and the time to take out of his busy work schedule to send us options of what we were looking for so that we could actually have the right color for our house Sean was very understanding very flexible patient and very accommodatable I came down to a final decision Sean and his crew or very confident fast working clean and definitely will be spreading the word of mouth to friends and family and anyone we know when it comes down to having someone look for a roofer who is knowledgeable experienced dedicated and very accommodating and patient with the customers we appreciate all your work Sean and wish you and the SDC family all the best thanks again you guys were amazing!! I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
