We had an excellent experience from order to installation - we had a very large 3 panel door that they did a really great job on - this home also has two corner windows that they special ordered and installed- the quality of all windows is great and the crew we had both times were professional, polite, accommodating and very nice. Started off by getting all their details at the Home and Garden show a few weeks ago. Seemed very knowledgeable and I was eager to get them out to my house for a quote. I provided all my contact info at the Home and Garden show and went home expecting a phone call within a few days. 5 days passed with no phone call. I contacted the office and was told the secretary fell and hurt herself, so because of that they were a little behind. We scheduled a time for DJ to come out and take measurements, which he did. But once again, I was told I’d receive a quote within a couple days and never did. I politely texted DJ this morning asking when I could expect a quote from their company and still never heard anything. I hate leaving bad reviews for companies, but they obviously are to busy and don’t have the help because I can’t even get them to respond back to me. . Buyer beware
