Best Architectural Design in Phoenix AZ
Sales associate Robert was awesome. Answered all of our questions, explained product and pricing very well. He reworked the numbers for us a couple of times with no complaint. The office was great about calling with reminders and passing along information. We had to have the windows installed in a certain order due to our pets and they had no problems accommodating that. The install crew were polite, respectful, and hardworking. So far, everything is working as it should with the door and windows. I am confident that if there is a problem the associates at energy shield window and door will take good care of us.

IllumiNation won our business after an extensive window and door replacement search. They replaced 20 windows, integrated two LaCantina door systems and replaced our front door with a custom 9 ft pivot entry door and windows.
Tarry, our sales rep, translated our window and door upgrades into a product package that exceeded our initial proposal.
The installation was performed as contracted and professionally executed. IllumiNation’s timely communication and finish work is exceptional. They completed our project beautifully. It was a pleasure to work with everyone involved.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
