Best Shower Floor Tile in Phoenix AZ

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Ross was the contractor that did the installation of a Bathurst light and switch/outlet He was very professional and let us know he would have to cut a hole in the wall to get the outlet in He did that and covered it up and we can’t tell where the hole is Cleaned up really good We’re very satisfied with this company and plan to use them again

John was very professional and puctual! His work is clean and the finished product looks good! I would recommend him and use him again.

We were selling our house and needed to have drywall work in several places and other miscellaneous things done before it was listed. We contacted several companies and this was the only one that could get what we wanted done in a reasonable time frame. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done on schedule. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because now our new house has a few things I'd like to change and now I have someone I can trust to actually do it.

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

Marcus painted our interior walls, hung pendant lighting, ceiling fan, as well as a chandelier. I would recommend Marcus to anyone looking to have any project completed. Very down to earth and honest. He cleaned every area he worked in, and it looks beautiful! Thank you, again!

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.

I went into the shop and told them the work I needed done. They couldn't give me an estimate- that should have been my cue to say no thanks. So a guy shows up, whose main quals to be a handyman are....unknown? I tell him the two issues. First he debates with me what the problem with the shower is, wastes time going to Home Depot and getting the wrong thing and eventually comes to the conclusion that I was right all along. Then he doesn't repair the second item (that was part of his estimate he prepared that day), giving me some lame excuse about how it wasn't really the issue I said it was. I won't use this company again.
