I have heard about a lot of nightmare contractors and these guys were the opposite: dependable, honest, and fair. I hired Response crew to clean up and repair fascia boards running along the roof line of the house. They also fixed a couple of sections of my pool fence that were badly rusted. Prior to the work Scott came out and did a nice job of surveying the fascia boards, evaluating what the job needed. Additionally he observed the issues with the pool fence and gave me a quote on that too. Their quote was competitive and fair. They did a nice job of cleaning up the fascia boards and fixing the pool fence, and on the same day. I'm definetly going to use these guys again. I should also add they ended up coming in under the quote and of course and adjusted the price accordingly. I'm not sure how many companies would have the integrity to do that.

I needed someone to install overhead shelves on my garage ceiling. It was hard finding someone available and willing to do it, and for a reasonable price. I found John’s company online and left a message. John the owner texted me back within the hour. We finalized the quote after closing hours and i appreciate at he was so responsive and accommodating. He was able to come out in a few days for the job. He arrived right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and did a good job. I’m glad I found him and would use him again.

Steve at Arid Valley services is the epitome of a professional! Not only is he a skilled handyman and bike mechanic, but he actually does what he says he's going to do. He shows up on time and doesn't leave until the job is done. On top of all of this, his services are very reasonably priced for the quality that he offers. Five Stars all day long!

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.

Unprofessional attitude when scheduling and didn’t meet timeframes. No surprise I didn’t have work done by this company. Their loss. Be careful who you let in your home and check out their hiring practices.
