Today, 4-5-15, Twain secured a towel rack that had fallen in the bathroom, caulked grout cracks around the shower, and fixed a kitchen drawer that had derailed. In addition, to avoid further stress on my kitchen cabinet rail wall mounts, Twain installed knobs on the kitchen cabinets. He did an excellent job on everything and even explained the whys and wherefores as he worked. This excellent business owner knows building and repair very well, as he proved to me not only when he came out to do the estimate, but also as he made good on the items we contracted for. I am already requesting that Twain do more work for me.
