I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! On November 7 2022 David from Response Crew came out to do a new installation of a bathroom fan. This job had a lot of moving parts. David had to first locate and cut a neat hole in the bathroom ceiling, then get into the attic and install the fan itself. Next, run fan exhaust ductwork across the attic and out. Finally, an electrical power line had to be fished up from the wall switch in the bathroom up to the fan. David did an excellent job. I've dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and feared all kinds of things going wrong, nothing did. I was really impressed. I would not hesitate to call Response Crew again.

I contacted 7 handyman companies to inquire about installing a new water softener and Johnny was the only person who returned my call and I'm so glad he did. Johnny was great to work with. He showed up on time, communicated the steps he was taking during the install. Also, even before his scheduled date of installation, we were in communication about the type and brand of softener I was purchasing. My texts never went unreturned. I will work with Johnny again in the future, Oh, and he even texted me after the install to relay that he will return in a few days to check the connections and ensure there are no leaks. Fantastic!

The best Handyman I have ever used in my life. I'm old and unable to do repairs the way I want it but Jeremy and his crew are the best thing since sliced bread!!!

We had Mr. Handyman construct a storage loft in our garage. It is visually pleasing and constructed like Fort Knox. Everyone at Mr. Handyman was very professional. The workers who came to our house were so polite and kind and cleaned up all debris. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small.

Steve has shown a professionalism that I have found rare in today's day and age. He's willing to work with you on any project, and he's willing to do whatever to make things right by you.

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

This guy is a complete joke. I hired him to hanG a ceiling fan in our bedroom and some other odd jobs. He showed up LATE and without an appropriate ladder to hang the fan. He then rescheduled for a week later 8-10 am, texted me at 9:50 am that he still did not have the appropriate ladder and that he would be there 3-4PM. He then texted me at 3:50 PM that he STILL DID NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE LADDER TO HANG A CEILING FAN! I mean what the heck?????? How do you call yourself a handyman without a ladder to hang a ceiling fan. This guy is a complete joke. Wasted 2 Saturdays in a row on him. Oh well, plenty of handymen out there with a decent business sense. Already booked someone new. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends.

We recently had an extremely difficult dry wall repair to 14 individual holes in 4 separate rooms in our home. Some of the repairs were up as high as 12ft and behind a toilet and washing machine. Jonah was meticulous and knowledgeable as well as personable. We were more than pleased and satisfied.
