Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

This owner or operator of this company driving the frontier xe maroon truck liscense plate # Rt6495 drives unsafe he cut across two lanes of traffic on the 101 and cave creek nearly causing a wreck and his truck is overloaded with equipment if he fixes as bad as he drives beware i wouldn't use anyone like this!

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Just had some extensive repairs done on the outside and inside of my house in NW PHX, electrical, plumbing and drywall - I didn't think they would get it all done but they did and it looks great! Specially my pop-outs I added to the windows on the back patio! Really made a difference. And all in good time! Plus did a couple extra diddies that wasn't on the estimate! I was so fortunate to find Hugo since this was a unique job. My fire pit had a leak in the gas line so the concrete and flagstone had to be cut, an 18 deep trench was dug and the fire pit was cut on the side. After the plumber replaced the gas line, Hugo took over and filled the trench, replaced and repaired the flagstone and concrete and repaired the side of the fire pit so it looks like new. He brought all his own tools and cleaned up each day Hugo arrived each day and worked full days. The plumber was so impressed with Hugo's work that he hired him for a job at his House! I also had Hugo repair the benches with new concrete, stucco and paint. His work is equal to his work ethic, top notch!

Amazing. Over the years I have had numerous repair issues that have needed addressing. Waylon has been amazing. He came out and helped my Mom out of some issues where other handyman companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Glad I found Waylon and so blessed by all he's done for us. In particular I had some flooring that I needed fixed and some Drywall that I needed patched. He was very honest about what he could do. In the end I am super impressed with how well they were able to help not only my repairs, but my Mom's house as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Phoenix Handyman Home Repair was really great to work with. Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.
