Today I had the pleasure of meeting John Surakus. My husband and I had multiple jobs in our home and home-based dog training business that needed the skill set of a professional. John was wonderful to work with and took the time to listen to my laundry list of thoughts and questions. There’s nothing more disrespectful to the lady of the house than to be dismissed. This is the second time I’ve hired this company and will continue to work with them. They have THE highest standards for quality service and workmanship. I contacted Priority One over the weekend about a jammed garbage disposal and spoke to Chris. He had a cancellation and was able to fit me in at the end of the day. He showed up when he said he would and was able to remove the jam for a very reasonable price without having to completely replace the disposal. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

CJ replaced our shower fixtures including replacing an old valve which required cutting through the wall. He did an excellent job and the drywall repair looks great. We were able to schedule quicky. We will definitely use him again.

They came by to install my dishwasher which the contractors from Home Depot would not due (due to insurance reasons, they could not install a dishwasher 90 degrees from the kitchen sink... supposedly).

My house was remodeled by the previous owner, and the space between the kitchen floor and the counter made the installation difficult, making the job somewhat non-standard. They stuck with it and got the job done.
