I'm a pretty handy gal but needed some assistance installing a toilet in my guest bathroom upstairs. I cames came in and had installed super quick and hauled away my old toilet. Super happy girl over here!! I was looking for a handyman for awhile and he will be my go-to handyman the next time I need help.

The service may be great but the I just witnessed one of their vans driving at least 70 mph in a 45 zone. The were heading south on Cave Creek Rd. on 10/23 at 7:40 a.m. They were weaving in and out of traffic.... was a very dangerous situation and whoever was driving that van should be fired.

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one.
