I had a leak in the walkout deck that was damaging the deck and showing underneath the patio with some mold. Joe, from House Doctors, came out and explained what would need done and quoted the estimate. Joe handled everything. At the time they did not have a roofer on their team so Joe contacted an outside contractor that he knew did quality work and managed the whole process. The work was done on time and each person that came out to do part of the job was professional and did solid work.

Patrick and his team have been outstanding to work with. My new plumbing fixtures installation was done right the first time and on the dates that accommodated my countertop installation. I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Performed cabinet removalarea restoration in kitchen. Arrived within a reasonable timeframe and performed services at lightning quick speeds. The final outcome looks great and most importantly she asked if the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will be using her services for future projects for sure. She didn't even mind me asking numerous questions and she answered them completely and with a positive attitude. What is even more awesome is she took very careful care with the kitchen to not cause further demolition damage. I am very impressed with her carefulness. All of these are most important in a service. Also her rates are VERY reasonable.

I contacted Twain about removing popcorn…

I contacted Twain about removing popcorn ceiling in my soon-to-be nursery. Twain explained the process in detail to me, along with the challenges, and gave me a reasonable price estimate. I contracted Twain to do the work, and he fit me into his schedule timely because he knew I was anxious to get the baby room ready.

The ceiling looks AMAZING!! He did a really good job, and also installed a new ceiling fan. Twain is very good at his craft, is quick, and efficient.

Aside from the great job he did, he also showed up on time, worked quickly so there was little disruption to my household, and kept in communication with me along every step of the process.

Twain has an exceptional eye and attention to detail. He is a perfectionist at his work, and that is something I value very highly!!!
