I love this company. I have been with Urban for a couple years now. Great staff and techs. Jeremy is great and a joy to work with. We left another company to join with Urban and never looked back. Highly recommended.

The service is great. Hardly ever see a bug around the house or yard. If ants become a problem all I have to do is call them and they are very responsive.
My only complaint is in billing. Several times I have sent a payment and they bill me again. There prices have gone up a lot in the past several years.

The best part of your company is Ruben, our service man. He calls the day before to let us know he's coming and he always asks if we need something special, i.e. have we seen any rodents or scorpions around.

Scott has been doing an excellent job taking care of our pest control needs. He does what he says, shows up on time, has great pricing and really goes above and beyond.

Thanks for being one of the few and far between ethical companies I've had a pleasure of doing business with. Wish more providers out there operated the same way.
