They bill you $200 for an annual inspection but never come out and physically inspect the stations for termite activity. A call or several calls to request termite service are NEVER returned even when I was told the issue was being turned over to a supervisor! My daughter has the same issue with Western Exterminating! They have HORRIBLE reviews with the BBB of Arizona.If you have a termite issue DON’T use this company. General pest control is not a problem!
