After looking at the top cleaning businesses, and meeting rude people and dealing with incompetent workers, I found Newgen Surfaces Cleaning Services to be the opposite. I talked with the owner one-on-one and found him to be understandable, friendly, answered all my questions, and even provided good advice for maintaining my carpet clean. I’ll definitely keep using their service and I would highly recommended this cleaning service.

I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. The level of service, just over the phone, was so impressive that I would definitley look into this company for any future flooring needs we have.

The day before I always got a call informing me of the crews arrival time and the crews arrived when they said they would. They all worked hard, were very meticulous, careful of our property and really cared about doing a perfect job! I'd hire them again and strongly recommend them!
