We had termite Inspection completed and received the estimate and report from Paul. He was very complete in his inspection and what would be needed. Price quoted was very fair and the warranty is a plus. Today Michael arrived early and got started on the work as described. He trenched all around the home also went under into the crawl space with the liquid. Drilled and treated and filled the holes. Michael did a Very timely and thorough job today. We feel Blessed by the staff at Bill's Termite control. We Certainly will hire them again and let others know what a fine company they are to work with. Alex promptly fit me into his schedule when my kitchen had a sudden ant infestation. He was comforting and knowledgeable, asking a lot of questions to try to understand the root cause. Also he assured me that the products used are pet friendly, which is extremely important to me. He was patient and took time to make sure he addressed all my concerns, treated my house and yard today, and then we also came up with a game plan moving forward. So grateful and relieved to have found this company!

I used this company for 2 years and my complaints fell on deaf ears and as a result I stopped doing business with them. When I called their main office to stop services, the girl on the phone didn’t even ask me as to why. She simply closed my account with them. I originally signed up for indoor/ outdoor services and their technician would show up every month without a notice and at times we were not home. I asked for a notice and I started receiving service notices, but only 15 minutes before he was at my house. In month of March they sent me a text that my technician was going to be at my house later on that day and I texted back saying that no one was home. The technician showed up anyway and just sprayed the outside. I was give a $5 discount. Yes, only $5!!!
He was suppose to be at my house this passed Thursday and I made sure that I was home, but he never knocked on the door and only serviced the outside. I’m sure that I would get another $5 discount.
The quality of their work was very low. They didn’t clean out spider webs on the outside until you asked them. They raised their prices without notifying the customers.
Don’t waste your money with this company...

We do service every other month, only outside and in the garage, for almost two years now after getting tired of seeing crickets in our house with our previous bug service who came every month. We have not seen a cricket inside, ever! And when we saw a scorpion once outside, they came the next day to respray, no charge, no questions asked - just getting the job done! Thank you!

I should have posted this years ago. Lisa has been doing our pest control for almost 3 years now, mainly scorpions. When we bought the house in May 2019, we would find scorpions in the house, not a lot but enough to make us worry. As soon as Lisa started treating, we didn’t find any in the house, we would find them in the garage but they were already dead. I highly recommend her services, she has a lot of knowledge on pest control and knows how and where to target so your home is pest free.
