Awesome friendly owner. I have a new condo in Anthem and they came out to spray. Very informative. Gave me some ideas to keep bugs out.

We have used Russell Pest for 16 years & it's the only company we use. I appreciate that they contact me each month by text to let me know when they will be in the area & do we want service. The techs are always courteous & text me If they are running early or late.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

Once again Dustin Frank and Amanda came thru for me and built me a custom rig exactly for my need. They dedicated an entire day with me there letting me know exactly what they were doing as they created a master piece spray rig for me that will allow me to provide the very best applications for my customers. I'm very pleased with what they did for me there. Andrew the General Manager made it a point to come out greet me and thanked me for my business. Quality Equipment & Spray has earned my loyalty as a repeat customer I'm glad to drive 2.5 hours from Tucson to have my equipment installed by the very best. Thanks guys for another job very well done I love my rig ?❤️??

No weeds yet. Service was good, payment easy. We'll see how long I don't have weeds for or how quick they are on warranty work and then I'll update my review.

Michael is punctual and professional, always a pleasure to work with. I never feel like he’s overcharging or trying to make me pay for something I don’t need. Never tries to upsell unnecessary services and is very honest. Haven’t had any bugs since I started services with him. Very satisfied.

Ruth is our sales rep and she makes my life easier and she gets back to us right away and we appreciate her very much. Valarie in the office always assists with our payments and has been great to work with as well. UPDATE: Valarie is back from maternity leave - she gets it right all the time when I call and make a payment. She is always on task. Thanks to you all at Target Specialties, we appreciate you all.

Craig Chapman, owner, doesn't show up as scheduled. Doesn't service his work. If u call regarding a problem he doesn't respond, u need to continually call the office who doesn't answer or return calls. Overcharges. Say they take cr cards and then demand cash or check upon completion of work... threatens a lien if u don't have the funds at the time. Don't use this company... you'll be sorry.
