I was very pleased with the service! This was the first visit and the technician, Enrique, walked through all the areas where I had concerns and offered solutions. We had the inside, outside and perimeter treated. He was on time, even texting when he was on his way. The entire experience was professional and I couldn’t happier. I signed up for a year’s service immediately.

Now I see why they have bad reviews. Check out other review sites also for more negative stories, so you are in the know before you go to them.
I got with this company through my inspection guy when I was buying my new house-- so I didn't choose them, they came with the inspection guy that works with my realtor. The company did an initial pest control service since I had termites, and then when I needed a follow up, they didn't show up for their appointment. And I had waited days for it, and I was seeing pest droppings (!) and I work at an office (I go in, not work at home) and so when I schedule something with a company it is not easy and I expect a company to respect their appointments and my time, like I do theirs.
They didn't even schedule the appointment even though they told me they did. and then when they told me (the day of!) that no one was showing up, they asked for photos of the pest issue in my house so they could ask around to help me. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves by following up on that. So, I sent photos and they never wrote back.
Wow, just wow. Even though I have a one year warranty with them for termite service, I moved to another company altogether. I would rather pay a company that actually follows through and has more respect for me.

We’ve had 3 pest control companies attempt to solve our rodent problems. I’ve been hearing rats run and scurry in my bedroom over my bed! Ew! It has been giving us insomnia and stress for months!!! Other companies kept placing out traps, to no avail. We finally called Arizona’s Best Choice and they sent out their representative named Hannah. Wow! Where do I even start. Extremely professional, punctual, kind, and honest. She instantly found the culprit. The rodents ate through our plumbing line on our roof! (Picture included that she took)
Sure enough, Hannah solved the problem. We haven’t heard a peep since she performed the service. My wife and I finally sleep! We feel so at peace. Hannah GAVE US OUR LIFE BACK. We trust her services. I highly recommend you call and ask for Hannah for all and any services. She’s extremely knowledgeable. She truly loves what she does, it’s evident in her performance. If I could give 1000 stars and 1000 reviews for her I would. This company has something very special with her on their team.

Bobby is very professional and communicates clearly. He goes above and beyond any other pest control company I’ve ever used. He even treats for concerns I didn’t know I had! You absolutely will not regret going with K & R!!
