I started using this company over a year ago. I was very impressed with them.then I moved to a different location after months of using them. I had to stop because of moving. I just moved back and called them back. And they were scheduled to come today. However my 88 year old Fsther was stung by scorpions and is allergic, so I had to take him to the emergency room. I called green home to explain that I would need to reschedule. I was told by a real snotty girl on the phone that I would have to now pay 139. Instead of 79. For rescheduling??? I was in shock over how snotty she was and How greedy that was. I will never use them or refer them again. It seems like since covid happened alot of places are over charging to play catch up. Well I also lost alot of work during covid, but I did not take it out on my clients. I also tried to call them back once I got my Fsther in the emergency room and I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.. Very very disappointed ... to say the least...

I had Jeremy M. as my tech and he did a great job. He addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions.

I highly recommend this company. Dylan was professional, on time, honest, and really kind. He really did his due diligence to resolve a problem at my rental property. Incredibly hard working and dedicated!

I have been with Bulwark for over ten years. They continue to do a great job. When we moved to our new home, the home had a spider and cricket infestation. If it wasn't an infestation, it sure as heck felt like it! Bulwark did a great job coming to my house every time I called until the bugs were gone. I wish I could get their service techs to work with me, as they are great. I have not had an issue with any tech or the work any tech has done. And today is not exception. Elizabeth L. did a great job! She waited a little bit, as I was running late. And she took quick care of some pesky ants that popped up because of all the rain lately. When I contacted Green Magic to get quotes to start a new service, I appreciated that the owner (Matt) was on the phone telling me about their products and their team approach. James did our initial service and could not have been more informative and professional. I have already recommended them to my new neighbors!

Honestly not sure why I haven’t submitted a review sooner. They’re awesome! Antonio is our service tech. He’s a pleasure to work with, so kind and honest. Customer service is always responsive and helpful. Overall very impressed with their services!

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
