Their technician Donovan was at the home exactly at 9 as promised. Extremely helpful and explained the entire procedure in detail before beginning. Throughout the treatment he asked if I had any questions more than once. They were here for approximately two hours and even helped me move some of my garage stuff back which I really didn't expect them to do. In summation, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to deal with termites.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
