Best Exterior Repair in Phoenix AZ

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Overall, I found the services that Curt and Luke provided were exceptional, definitely 5 stars on service. Leah was also very kind, attentive, and receptive to my desires on the project.

The only criticism I could form was that the color of the final product was incorrect, it was more yellow than originally depicted. Though, I suspect that this was more a matter of the loaders for the job giving the installers the incorrect supplies, as opposed to being the fault of Curt & Luke.

If it is possible, I would be interested in learning about the possibility of darkening the color installed, otherwise I have no further comments for this job.

Interior extension and floor installation is top-notch. Jenni is a pleasure to communicate with.

The worker did a great job on replacing 3 broken tiles. He took his time to make sure that the work was done correctly and to make sure that no additional tiles were damaged. Highly recommend handyman connection for anyone’s handyman needs.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

I have done work as a sub contractor (plumber) with many contractors over the years. I have found that Gilbert and Centennial Builder’s truly care about the clients and the end result. As a business owner and sub contractor…. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them in my home.

Javier isn’t like most people you call to get something fixed. He shows up on time, has wonderful communication skills, he does what he says he’s going to do even better and quicker than he says he’s going to do it. I wish he offered other services…we need more Javiers! He resurfaced our patio and kooldecking to all match. It looks fantastic!

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. Professional and skilled workmanship that we are so excited to show off to family and friends. Highly recommend!

He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
