First of all we love the service provided by the company, but Wayne is exceptionally good and thorough. We have one area of the house that has been a particular problem and he really attacked it. Very pleasant to converse with and we were very comfortable with him being in our home. Wish there were more like him in the home service industry. We would request him in the future if possible. We wouldn't use any other service.

Before Burns came to my unit, I couldn't get rid of roaches. Then Michael, of Burns, explained the process to me and together we have gotten the problem under control and I am just doing maintenance. I am very pleased, and this was accomplished in a little over 2 months. I have seen NO bugs.

Matt was great! He answered all of our questions, and showed up right at the beginning of the hour block they gave us. He kept his mask on while working, and even wore booties while inside. We're feeling much more comfortable in our new home thanks to his help.

We have been using Arizona Organic since 2019 and have received exceptional service. Colton Alexander, our technician, has taken extremely good care of us. After wasting time and money with other companies, we hired Jason. He is THE RAT WHISPERER. He found where they were gaining entry into the crawl space without a smoke test. We caught the large mother right where he found the break in the pipe. Handyman fixed the break and drywall. Problem solved. This guy is amazing!! Also cost less than other companies.

Annette and ken are absolutely wonderful. They always address any need I have promptly and professionally. I have been a customer since the beginning. I have an assisted living home and they are always so responsive to my needs and for my residents. They do my pest control on house and grounds, take care of spring bee problems. I can call Annette and talk over problems with pests and she has never once in all these years let me down. Their charges are so reasonable and their follow up is amazing. Robert (Bobby) and his crew did an amazing job. Great communication, responsive and takes pride in his work. The previous company I used, put up netting which looks terrible. Bobby uses an optical gel which looks great and is not an eye sore. He went the extra mile deep cleaning and following up with me days, weeks later to make sure I didn’t have any issues. No pigeons and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend him and his company. I will continue to use him for my other homes.
