Eric V. was our Insectek technician, he was polite, informative and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable of the types of issues and insects that we had in our home. Primarily, scorpions and spiders that kept creeping around our third floor. He researched our previous service reports to familiarize himself before he arrived so he had an idea of what we were dealing with. He troubleshooted ways he can assist us in maintaining our residence. He also advised us to research hospitals in our area that had anti-venom as a precaution because we have a 2 year old in our home. Which was an awesome idea because the only number I have in my phone is for poison control. Very pleased with our service and will continue to be a loyal customer with Insectek for this very reason.
