I recently contacted Precision because I needed termite treatment for my home I’m selling. I am in the process of closing, and in escrow, and had a very small window to treat the termites. We were able to get an appointment on the books for a quote and treatment on the same visit! This was huge! Wayne called me the day of the appointment and set expectations on when he will arrive and what the process looks like. Wayne arrived on time was so knowledgeable, kind, and professional! He did the job and was in and out! Wow, it was so easy! They were very reasonably priced, and offered a warranty. It’s service like this that will have me coming back to this family business. I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

Our company has been using this service for years, and they have been great handling all the needs for our situation. I would strongly recommend this company for your bee removal needs, oh forgot to mention the awesome rates. I'm super impressed.

Paul and crew at Pest Control One have been controlling our bugs for years. Plain and simply, what they do works great! I never have issues after or between treatments. Their new tech for communications and billing is great too!

Budget Brothers treated my home a year ago. I purchase a 5 year warranty. I have termite tube hanging from the ceiling in my home. I emailed pictures to Budget Brothers and requested to schedule a re-treatment. No response. I emailed again a week later and finally the sales person said call the office. I called the office to schedule the re-treatment. On the day of the treatment, I missed a call from the tech. I called back immediately (less than 2 minutes). The tech claims to have been at my front door (not possible as I was home, have a ring doorbell and security cameras. The tech was never there. I was told they would come back after their next appointment. That never happened. I called again and was told they were across town and they would see what they could do and call me back. I never received a call. I call a couple days later (thanksgiving holiday) to get rescheduled. They're now 2 more weeks out. It will be 2 months from my original email to when they will finally re-treat my home......meanwhile the termites are continuing to cause damage.

In summary, decent customer service on the original sale, but TERRIBLE customer service on warranty claims. Apparently, once they have your money, they don't care about their customers. Really Sad.
