Best Bark Scorpions in Phoenix AZ

We live in Maricopa and had black widows roaming around the outside of our house and decided to call Green Home Pest Control to take care of it! Cameron has been our technician and he comes every 3 months, he is always so kind and very knowledgeable. We haven’t seen any pests, critters or any “unknowns” since we started with them and it’s great not having to worry about any thing getting to my children!

Nick responded quickly when we saw a bug between our treatments. He was professional, courteous, and explained why he took the steps he took in response to our scenario.

Chuck is very efficient and has a wonderful attitude. I would recommend him to anyone!

Technician on time, good communication and application did not take long...good work by Diego Sandoval.....The only negative is that I keep receiving invoices in my email even though I paid the technician when he was here.....that has got to stop of I will change.....$81.00 is pretty expensive anyway.......

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

They are the best of the best in the valley! I have been using their service for last 5 years now and have never been disappointed.

They are knowledgeable, professional and very thorough with their treatment. They don’t rush and take the time to explain. And yet, if you’re not satisfied or see issues, they’ll revisit and provide prompt service.

Very easy to get an appoint, they are a phone call away. Be it any techie or team member, they are so humble and soft-spoken, excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend them, don’t think twice, hire them if you’re looking for one!
