I got with this company through my inspection guy when I was buying my new house-- so I didn't choose them, they came with the inspection guy that works with my realtor. The company did an initial pest control service since I had termites, and then when I needed a follow up, they didn't show up for their appointment. And I had waited days for it, and I was seeing pest droppings (!) and I work at an office (I go in, not work at home) and so when I schedule something with a company it is not easy and I expect a company to respect their appointments and my time, like I do theirs.
They didn't even schedule the appointment even though they told me they did. and then when they told me (the day of!) that no one was showing up, they asked for photos of the pest issue in my house so they could ask around to help me. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves by following up on that. So, I sent photos and they never wrote back.
Wow, just wow. Even though I have a one year warranty with them for termite service, I moved to another company altogether. I would rather pay a company that actually follows through and has more respect for me.

The Critter Control team did an excellent job in ridding us of the roof rats as well as going after the kangaroo rats digging under the foundation. The team of Michael & Josh lived up to our expectations as always. (We've used Critter Control for a number of years and they always get the critters under control!)

My daughter got bitten by a spider so, I called around and Bulwark not only had the best prices they were the only ones with next day service. They are fast, friendly, and professional. Definitely recommend giving them a call if needed.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
